This work is inspired by the Lake Michigan shoreline in Northern Michigan. We spent our summers camping in the Michigan state park campgrounds. Running on the shore and playing capture the flag in the dunes are some of my fondest memories. This work is from the perspective of a child running through the dunes, discovering and marveling at the wonders of the shore.
